TEEN Mom Kailyn Lowry has to wear a specific item since she's recently given birth to more children.

The ex-TV personality, 31, sported a black sports bra and an adult diaper.
Behind her was her boyfriend Elijah Scott, 25, who was holding their older son Rio, one.
"This is also my reminder to you to just skip the mesh underwear & get the adult diapers," the ex MTV notable captioned.
In the Story slide, she also promoted a recent episode of her Barely Famous podcast.
"This morning, I talked about the twins going to the nicu - but one has a much longer stay than the other," Kailyn added.
She gave birth to her new infants last week.
Kailyn opened up about the birth in the recent episode of her podcast series, Barely Famous.
"I ended up delivering at 35 weeks," the Teen Mom 2 alum revealed, and said she had a C-section because one of the babies was breached.
Kailyn remembered arriving at the hospital with her baby daddy, Elijah, and being told she was five centimeters dilated.
"I cried a lot mainly out of absolute fear of the C-section. Because I had ever had a C-section before," she revealed.
"I was terrified. I was just like, 'I don't love this idea.' But I knew I had to do it because the baby was breached."
"You really got nervous when [the doctors] were like, 'Alright we're ready to take you to the operating room," Elijah added.
Kailyn admitted she was, "panicking and crying," and noted that "nobody told her" how "difficult" a C-section would be.
She added that she gave birth on the 19th - but wasn't happy with the date as she had wanted a whole number.
Kailyn's new additions may have been her worst-kept secret.
She shares both Rio and the newborns with Elijah.
Kailyn also has a son, Isaac, 14, with her ex, Jo Rivera; a son, Lincoln, nine, with her ex-husband, Javi Marroquin; and sons, Lux, six, and Creed, three, with her ex-Chris Lopez.
Pregnancy rumors began in May 2023 after photos of her, exclusively obtained by The U.S. Sun, showed her sporting what looked like a baby bump while running errands.
Kailyn confirmed she was pregnant in October 2023 on her Barely Famous podcast.
In a video from the episode posted on her Instagram, she showed off her baby bump while sharing her pregnancy with her guest, Allison Kuch.
"We both came home with permanent souvenirs," Kailyn told her friend while discussing their recent trips to Thailand.
"Wait, you came home with a permanent souvenir?" Allison asked, looking confused.
Kailyn then directed the camera at her extended stomach beneath her skintight gray T-shirt.
Shocked by the reveal, Allison noted: "We both got pregnant in Thailand."
